Prior to ggCircuit, Zack founded eBash in 2004, one of the oldest game centers in the US, specializing in esports tournaments, casual gaming, and event planning in the Midwest.
Zack’s initial entrepreneurial venture was Joink, an Internet Service Provider, which he founded, built, and raised private capital for in the early 2000s. With a proven track record of creating successful ventures, Zack launched Diverted River in 2022 to serve the broader $35B location-based entertainment market, leveraging his extensive experience and industry insights.

He has founded or co-founded three tech companies specializing in cutting edge technology & software and, over time, created value in these organizations, leading to one being acquired for $26M in 2021.
Following the acquisition, Chris served as Senior Vice President of Engineering for a publicly traded company listed on the NASDAQ. Additionally, he held a key role as a technical decision-maker in a Leadership Forum, collaborating with prominent companies in the gaming center industry to help guide the sector’s direction.

Andy Finlay brings over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and thrives in the rapidly shifting landscape of digital technology- specializing in the planning and implementation of highly scalable, secure and performant software. Most recently, Andy played a pivotal role in building an esports technology company into an industry-leading multi-million dollar business as the head of the development and infrastructure team.

Ross started his career in the entertainment industry in 2003 as CEO and franchisor of a large network of esport venues in the UK, before moving into product vision and joining ggCircuit as the 5th member of the team. Among many other achievements, during his time at ggCircuit, Ross led the development of ggLeap from inception to world leading product with over 3.6 million users, building a world class team along the way. Ross is particularly passionate about using Artificial Intelligence synergies for product development.

Wes Zirkle has more than 17 years of experience as in-house General Counsel and senior executive. In his private practice, he serves as outside General Counsel to business owners, high-net-worth individuals, sports properties, and middle-market companies. Wes has worked in-house for private and public companies, including companies owned by private equity.

David Wallace, a seasoned professional in the F&B and gaming industries, has been the President of Turfway Entertainment Management Group since August 2009. Turfway focuses on offering insights and efficient operational methods for restaurants, bars, and multi-venue entertainment complexes. David’s expertise includes successfully opening 85+ properties for independent and franchised businesses, showcasing his ability to enhance revenue generation and bottom-line performance.
Serving concurrently as President of Turfway Development LLC since September 2009, David is responsible for developing and franchising the Turfway Entertainment and Turfway Tavern Brands. His leadership in both roles demonstrates commitment to the industry and significant impact on brand growth.
David’s extensive experience also includes creating beverage packages for JBC Entertainment and holding managerial roles at Jillian’s Entertainment and JBC Entertainment. Recognized as an industry expert, he is a speaker at conferences and events. David’s accomplishments make him an invaluable asset in the F&B and gaming sectors.
Zach is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Lagniappe, focusing on concept expansion, real estate development, and operations. He currently serves on the board of directors for LCP portfolio companies Divert Brands and Voicebox Karaoke.
Zach is currently working on building out a new eatertainment concept for surfing and looking into other concepts as well. Prior to Good Surf, Zach spent two years at GameStop, leading their internal innovation practice.
To kick off his career, Zach spent eight years with Topgolf where he helped develop and open 55+ venues and led the company’s initial international expansion efforts. Zach is a graduate of New York University (BA) and Southern Methodist University (MBA).
